One Severe Storm in Southern Tennessee

A severe storm in Decatur, Chester, Hardin, and Henderson Counties is slowly moving southeast. It’s about 30 miles northwest of Waynesboro and about 60 miles northwest of Loretto as of 3:00 PM.

NORTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE…
NORTHWESTERN HARDIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE…
SOUTHERN HENDERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE…

* UNTIL 345 PM CDT

* AT 258 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL…AND DAMAGING
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR JACKS
CREEK…OR 11 MILES EAST OF HENDERSON…AND MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO JACKS
CREEK…REAGAN AND SARDIS.

THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES AREAS NEAR BEECH LAKE AND PINE LAKE.
