Frosty Start to Saturday, Quick Warmup

Many of our cold pockets have fallen to below 32 degrees this morning with frost, low clouds, and isolated fog forming, primarily in our Northeastern Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee counties.

The clouds and fog will give way to sunshine area-wide quickly, and the Tennessee Valley is in for a seasonably cool, but fairly pleasant Saturday. A light to moderate north breeze will make it feel a bit more chilly, so bring along a jacket or sweatshirt if you’re headed outside, especially before noon or after sunset:
