WHNT News 19 Hosts Weather Radio Programming Events April 19



TENNESSEE VALLEY, (WHNT) – Today (Friday April 19), WHNT News 19 and local Emergency Management Agencies will conduct live events at three locations to program weather radios.

Come out to one of three locations between 12 and 7 p.m. and buy a NOAA weather radio and get it programmed on-site for free. If you already have a NOAA weather radio and need it updated, come by as well.

WHNT News 19 meteorologists, anchors and reporters will be on-site to meet with the public.  Come see us at one of these locations:

Helpful emergency tips

You should have an emergency plan for your home or business so that you will be ready when severe weather approaches.  Practice ahead of time so others will know exactly what to do.  It’s also smart to create an emergency kit so you will have important supplies on hand.
