Cold Pattern This Week

Posted on: 4:09 am, March 25, 2013, by

Spring arrived on the calendar March 20th, but it won’t feel like it for a long time. We should be in the upper 60s for this time of year for highs. We won’t see that this week. Highs today in the middle 40s with a gusty northwesterly wind. Wind chills this afternoon will likely be near freezing.

Here are your 4am temperatures, winds, and wind chill.

With an area of low pressure to the north, snow flurries are popping up this morning for sections of Jackson, Marshall and DeKalb Counties in Alabama. In southern middle Tennessee, Franklin County have flurries this morning. Little or no accumulation is expected. Some of those flurries could stick around through the afternoon. Have a great Monday and bundle up all day!
