Short Term Forecast – Wednesday Morning
Light rain, drizzle, and fog are the story this morning. Here are the latest visibilities as of 4am. There is no dense fog advisory, but allow yourself extra time heading to work or school. Use those low beamed highlights and windshield wipers on the lower setting.
Clouds hang on most of the day. The heavier rain stays away from the Tennessee Valley. Only light rain and drizzle is possible through the morning hours. No snow this time as the main upper energy and cold pocket moves across Missouri, southern Illinois, and Kentucky. Temperatures are a little chilly this morning. Readings aren’t “cold”, but with the dampness in the air, it makes it feel even colder this morning. Temperatures right now hold in the middle 40s and highs today likely won’t make it to 50 degrees for some.
