Winds Howling and Temperatures Falling
It’s a windy evening behind the primary cold-front, which is now affecting the Tennessee Valley with cold temperatures and gust to around 40mph in some locations.
This brisk (to say the least!) wind will usher even colder air into the Valley tonight, but should subside slightly a few hours after midnight as this cold-front pulls further away from the area.
Even colder air is building to our north and is poised to affect the Valley tomorrow night, dropping temperatures even further and providing a chance for snow flurries (no significant travel impacts/accumulations expected).
