The Next 24 Hours – Improving for Saturday

Clouds thinning overnight means temperatures will be dropping down into freezing territory early Saturday morning! Some areas of patchy fog will linger through the early morning hours, and there is a small chance that some fog could freeze to some elevated surfaces through 9 AM. Once the sun breaks through, Saturday won’t be half bad! Expect a north breeze averaging 5 to 10 MPH (gusts peaking around 15-20 MPH in mid-afternoon); temperatures will rise into the upper 40s and lower 40s between 1 and 4 PM.

Some isolated showers are possible by Sunday and Monday, but there is a BIG warm-up coming for the week ahead! Check out the extended forecast discussion over at WHNT.com/Weather!
