Freezing Rain Advisories Cancelled

As spotty showers continue to move across the Tennessee Valley, temperatures have remained above freezing across the entire area, meaning the freezing rain threat has fallen to near zero for North Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee.

We are seeing an impressive difference in temperatures from east to west as the colder air continues to back into the Valley from the east, but everyone is expected to remain above freezing through the rest of the morning.

If you’re traveling north or east  of the area, though, temperatures have fallen below the freezing mark and areas from Middle and Eastern Tennessee to North Georgia have been reporting ice this morning.
