Scattered Showers Continue To Lift Northeast

It has been as soggy start to Wednesday, with scattered showers continuing to move from southwest to northeast across the Tennessee Valley. For the most part the rain is light, with a few heavier pockets.  There is also some low clouds, mist and fog in a few areas, especially around Muscle Shoals and Scottsboro, please take it slow on the wet roadways and be courteous of other drivers. Below is a check of the radar as of 8:45 am.

Showers will taper off some later this morning and into this afternoon, but isolated showers will still be possible.  Clouds will linger throughout the entire, with highs warming into the mid to upper 50s.  Periods of rain will continue to be possible later this evening and tonight, continuing into Thursday.
