The Next 24 Hours – Some Sun on Thursday

Stubborn low clouds have been hanging on tightly for the past 24 hours, but we expect at least some sun during the day on Thursday. In places where the sky clears completely overnight, temperatures will dip into the upper 20s; everyone else will stay in the lower 30s. As clouds slowly thin during the day, expect afternoon highs in the 44 to 49 degree range with a northwest breeze around 10-15 MPH.

A clear sky Thursday night leads to a widespread freeze on Friday morning; temperatures wind up in the middle and upper 20s by sunrise Friday.
