The Next 24 Hours – Tuesday

Temperatures have plunged well below normal, and it is going to stay there for a while! Tuesday morning starts on much colder than the record books suggest it should be for this time of year. The “average” low on November 13th is 43º F; most of the Tennessee Valley will drop to the 26 to 32º F range before sunrise.

Cool, dry air dominates Tuesday’s weather. Look for a sunny sky, a north-northeast breeze at 10-15 MPH in the afternoon, and a high only in the lower 50s. It will get chilly quickly Tuesday evening; after sunset, expect a quick drop to the lower 40s!
