Through the Morning Hours
The severe weather threat has ended for the Tennessee Valley. It’s honestly a never-was threat for most of us. I know there will be a lot of folks who think we hyped an event that didn’t happen, but if you go back and read what was written on this blog , WHNT.com, and on our social media sites, we did our best to express that this was not something to get overly worried about.
For the rest of the morning, storms will continue to transition east through Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb, Cullman, Blount, Etowah and Cherokee Counties.
Ben Smith is in the house, and he will be manning the office for the rest of the morning. Again, “no news is good news,” so as long as you’re not hearing from us, sleep on!
