Some Peeks Of Sun
Temperatures have been struggling to warm all day, thanks to an overcast sky through the morning, a northerly breeze and cooler air mass in place. 1:00 pm temperatures are mostly in the mid 50s, with Muscle Shoals nearing the 60 degree mark.
Highs today will range mainly from the upper 50s to low 60s, but with a northerly breeze around 5-10 mph, with higher gusts, it will feel like it’s in the 50s for most through the afternoon. Clouds are finally starting to clear, with a blue sky peeking out in spots. Check out the beautiful partly sunny sky in Athens!
Clouds will continue to thin and clear from northwest to southeast, becoming partly to mostly sunny for many. Expect dry conditions through this evening, before rain chances and clouds return late tonight and through Monday morning as a disturbance moves through. Isolated to scattered showers will be possible before gradual clearing from west to east Monday afternoon and evening.
