Friday Afternoon Update

A few showers are popping up this early afternoon. The main one is near Danville Road heading east toward Falkville and Hartselle.

It’s cloudy from our downtown Huntsville tower cam and our Saturn V Rocket Cam from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.

Temperatures are very warm. We are already into the lower to middle 80s.

Steadier rain is to our north. Some of that may impact high school games tonight as our front moves south. It won’t rain everywhere and it shouldn’t last long.

An area low pressure to our south could keep things unsettled next week.
