Isaac Still A Hurricane – Downgrade Later Today

Isaac is still bringing wind and rain to Louisiana, Mississippi and south Alabama at noon.

The latest observation has winds gusting to nearly 60 mph in New Orleans.

The track stays west keeping the Tennessee Valley mainly “dry” over the next several days.
