The Next 24 Hours – Wednesday

A weak cool front sliding through the Tennessee Valley on Tuesday brought in some slightly drier air, but you won’t feel a big difference for Wednesday. In fact, there is still just enough moisture that an isolated shower cannot totally be ruled out, but with a rain chance less than 10%, we have left off the numerical “chance” on the seven day forecast graphics for Wednesday. Expect a lot of sunshine and slightly hotter weather: highs in the 87 to 93 range from east to west across Alabama and Tennessee with a light north breeze.

It will get hotter still on Thursday with some mid-90s likely especially around The Shoals. Another good front will move into the Valley on Friday bringing up our rain chances and taking temperatures down to the 80s. Here’s the full extended forecast on WHNT.com Weather!
