Higher Rain Chances For Now
Some of us woke up to heavy storms especially in Franklin County, Alabama. This is an image taken around 7:15 this morning.
With some of the heaviest rain over the weekend, our drought numbers aren’t as bad.
With a frontal boundary in the area, rain chances are higher this afternoon as well.
Tropical Storm Ernesto is tracking through the Caribbean Sea. The system will make landfall near Belize later this week and move through mainland Mexico over the weekend. There is no threat to the Gulf Coast.
