Long Stretch Of 100s Ahead

Our stretch of 100 degree days start this afternoon in Huntsville. It began yesterday if you are in the Shoals. You all hit 100 on Wednesday. High pressure will “cook” the Tennessee Valley through the weekend with highs between 100-106.

The heat advisory is for the Shoals this afternoon and everyone else for Friday. This means it will feel like 105° just the afternoon hours.
