With a Little Luck…

I posted earlier about lightning photography.  As in any kind of storm chasing, life events and luck sometimes get in the way.  After attending my son’s Baccalaureate tonight I drove close to the isolated storm that moved through Madison County.  I was prepared with my camera, but by the time I got to a good spot, the lightning had just moved out of view.  A lightning pic over the Tennessee River would have been sweet.

One more tiny storm developed as I got close to home.  Again, as soon as I got out of the car and set up my camera, the lightning stopped….
